We had a great turnout for our banquet. The raffle items, the food and
conversations were great.
We had a lot of comments on the suggestion sheet and here are they are:
~change the meeting night to Wed.
*the club voted on and was passed to change the meeting to
the first Wednesday of the Month.
~change the location of the meeting.
*the club will be trying out the Trail Creek Brewery (the
old muggers) meeting room for our next meeting (Feb.), if everyone likes it we
will keep the location.
~not to have a clique club.
*if you see other members talking, drinking, having a good
time, join in and have fun. This is a club, not an individual event.
~get thank you, sympathy, get well notes out.
*has always been done, I will start putting announcements in
the news letter
~get and keep web page updated, pictures in newspaper.
*try better
~change voting membership.
*the club had 2 choice to vote on; keep 1 blk ball or 2/3 majority. The club voted on and
passed the 2/3 majority.
~get boats in water quicker.
*start collecting entry fees the night before or at the
first of month meeting. If they are having computer problems, use
paper & pencil.

meeting.
~make the meeting have some training sessions.
*members can start bringing training videos and have

next meeting and discuss what you used, since we will not be on that water
until next year.
~do something through out the year to help pay for the banquet.
*start having fund raisers
~change pay outs on added money
*the club voted on staying with 1st and 2nd big fish. 1-11

~change sponsor plaques
*each sponsor will receive 1 plaque and for each year they
will only receive a year attachment.
~not use points for C.A.S.T.
*if no points, no participation, this was tabled and will
discuss more at next meeting.
~put information out about our club & tournaments
*start posting events at Brads, News Paper and Sportsman's.
~extra person at an event
*if you bring an extra person, and their is not a
extra boat, you are responsible for taking that person
~other club members fish with out joining our club
*they can fish 1 tournament with out joining, but if they
win they will need join (pay dues) and be voted in at the next meeting.
~change the angler of the year to only 1 angler
*every one was happy with having co-anglers, but a tie
breaker can be figured out.

We talked about the OPEN, Dale is checking with Burley for the use of the golf
course ramp or put a cap on the people for riverside. We will discuss it
more at the Feb. meeting.

Massacre Rocks to Aug. 13th. Dale will check with Sharon Clark to see if

Filer fun days are June 23, 24, and 25 and we will try to put on a Casting Kids
event on 2 of those days.
The Brownlee tournament will not have any off limits due to Mini Cassia's
