Scyler opened the meeting at 7:05.
Scyler will check with Randy Lancaster to see if he wants to be a
co-sponsor on the open. Scyler will meet with Kerry and go over
the entry forms and flyers. Don't forget to gather raffle items.
We have received a few trailer sponsorships, and are still waiting on a
few more. Thank's to those that have stepped up and sponsored the club
and putting their name on the the trailer.
Congratulations to the winners from C.J. Strike, we had 16 boats with
31 anglers. Everyone caught a 5 fish limit. Thanks Nate and Dale
for putting our tournament winners in the Times News.
Brownlee is our next tournament on April 12th & 13th. After
the Saturday weigh in we will be having a bbq, the club is
furnishing the bbq ribs. Please bring a side dish or a dessert
for the bbq. Please bring your own drinks. We will have the
weigh in Sunday at 1:00, that way everyone should be able to get home
before dark. The club voted on increasing the added money to
$500.00 for this tournament and Owyhee. This will be a two day
tournament with a one day pay out. The club also voted on having
a team option pot of $50.00 to increase pay outs. This tournament
will be $45.00 per person with the extra $5.00 going towards a second
day big fish pay out. The big fish winner will also receive the
plaque.
On Saturday May 3rd we will be having a casting kids event at the CSI
Sports and Leisure Show. We need all the members we can to show up and
make this a great event. For more information call Scyler 324-1346.
On August 30th & 31st is Roger Rue's King of the Water Bass &
Walleye Tournament. On the 30th the tournament will be at Milner
and the 31st tournament will be at Salmon Falls. To get more
information on this tournament contact either Kurt Campbell 734-7395 or
Cliff Lockhart 537-9169.
April 26th is Earth Day at Radio Rondevoo, for more informationgo
to www.earthday_idaho.org. It is a event for the kids
during the day and a great night out for the adults.
The club voted in 4 new members; Bill Millenkamp, Kurt Campbell.
