~Scyler opened the meeting at 7:05.

~Federation news; the banquet is set for November 21st , if you stay at the hotel mention the banquet for a room discount. Scyler proposed the idea about all 3 clubs donating $125.00 each for a raffle or bidding item for the banquet, the money pulled together would go for a gun that we would buy from Brad's. It was voted on and passed. The qualifier format will more than likely change next year the big change being 4 tourney on 2 weekends. Nominations will be in November, if you would like to be an officer or nominate someone let Scyler know.

~Dale Taylor floored the idea of buying our ticket and hotel room, he says it is for all we do for the club. It was voted on and passed. Thank you from both of us, this means allot to us as well as all the club members.

~We had a good turnout for the C.J. Strike tournament, the first day the weather was good but that second day was a little hairy with the wind and the waves. The BBQ was great, thanks to everyone that was there. Congratulations to the winners:

~The M.V.B.M. banquet will be December 6th at Blue Lakes Country Club. Cocktails will start at 5:00 and dinner at 6:00. The menu will be Roast Turkey w/ gravy, Primb Rib w/ Au Jus, three cheese au gratins, green bean casserole, cornbread stuffing, green salad, cranberry chutney, rolls and pumpkin cheesecake. The cost will be $15.00 per person, the club will cover the remainder. Please bring any raffle items that you can collect. Please R.S.V.P. by November 28th by calling Scyler at 539-1346 or by e-mail @ mvbassmasters@onewest.net.

~The 2009 Angler of the Year is Shane, congratulations.

~The Coffee/ Can Open will be November 17th at Salmon Dam. Dale Taylor will be their at 7:00. The entry fee will be $15.00 for 5 Bass limit,with $5.00 Big Bass, $5.00 entry for 1 big trout, $5.00 entry for 1 big walleye, $5.00 entry for 1 big perch, $5.00 entry for 1 big crappie. If you play all entries the total will be $40.00 . The tournament will start at safelight and 3:00 weigh in. The weigh in site will be decided at blast off. Last call will be at 8:30. Live bait will be allowed at the tournament due to no permit and this is a FUN tournament.

~MEETING DATE CHANGE: Our next meeting will be Tuesday November 10th. Please try to be present, we will be doing elections and setting our 2010 tournament schedule.
