News Letter
Scyler brought the meeting to
order at 7:35, the account balance is $6,999.24. The correct
balance from last month was $6,845.56.
We had 2 possible new members came and visited the meeting, Pat Brown
and Larry Jones.
Congratulations to the winners at Anderson Ranch, we had a
great turnout with 18 boats.

The C.A.S.T. event went very well, we had 41 kids and 23 boats.
Thanks for everyone that came out. The club voted on giving Bob
& Karen a gift certificate to Community True Value for a
thank you for the use of their Pontoon Boat.
The next tournament is August 25 & 26 at Masacure Rocks. The
second day will be a draw tournament. Don't forget this is
2 separate tournaments with 2 separate entries. We will have a
BBQ after Saturdays weighin, the main food will be Ribs. Please
bring a side dish and your own drinks.
The club voted on buying some more tables, Kmart had them on sale for
$39.00, they club bought 5 tables.
Sherri from BOR talked to Scyler about changing the location to the
Burley Golf Course instead at Lake Walcott. The club voiced our
opinion on staying at Lake Walcott.
Brads tournament will be September 22nd. You can get the entry

The Year End Banquet will be December 2nd at Jerome Country Club.
The club voted on keeping the menu and location the same.
It was brought up that if we have enough money at the end of the year
to pay half of the anglers meal the club will.
Congratulations to 8 year old Ryan Nolan of the Jr. Club that weighed
in the biggest fish in the boat, the small mouth weigh 1.89#'s.
Scyler closed the meeting at 8:40.
