Scyler brought the meeting to order at 8:05, and reviewed last months minutes. Dave K. reported $5164.96 in the account.
Dave Withers gave Scyler a call and wanted him to know he is doing better and hopefully will be a meeting some time soon. We all still wish you the best Dave and can't wait to see you.
Casting Kids will be held April 26th & 27th at the Filer fairgrounds. The time will be 11:00 - 5:00 for both days. Scyler will be there around 6:30 Friday to set up if any one would like to come & help out and if so bring electric screw drivers. We will be in the same place as last year. Pepsi will give out fountain drinks to all the kids that participates. We need all the help we can get from the club members for both days, and don't forget you will receive participation tickets.
The next tournament is this Sat at C.J. Strike. If anyone is needing a partner, give Garth Nelson a call he is looking for one. 1-208-788-1077. And also a tournament on May 3rd at Anderson Ranch before out next club meeting.
The club is going to buy a shot gun and a rifle to raffle off at the open. Randy Lancaster from Barger-Mattson is donating the funds to buy these items. The shot gun is a 12 ga 3 1/2 Camo Remington 870 Super Mag & the rifle is a 7 mm Remington with a 3X9 world class scope. The tickets will a $1.00/ ticket or 6 of $5.00.
The club voted on and passed to donated $100.00 to Mini-Cassia to help buy corner bumpers for the boat docks that they built and floated and the RiverSide resort.
The State Federation monthly meeting will be held at Creek Side on April 17th at 7:03. All club and federation members are welcome at attend.
